Amy is thrilled to be reprising her role as the loving mother Orpha in Casa 0101’s remounted production of Arena: A House Music-al. If you didn’t catch last summer's run, catch it April 22-23, 2023 at the Renberg Theater! The show is directed by Rigo Tejeda and is comprised of an almost entirely Latinx/POC production in both cast and crew.
Arena: A House Music-al is based on the house music of the 1990s at the legendary ARENA Nightclub in Hollywood, CA. It is a coming-of-age story that follows Lucio Torrez, a young music minister at his father’s Apostolic church, who is looking to live his truth, find his voice and a place where he can be free.
